Conference rooms and lecture halls
In the building of the Primorska Technology Park there are also rooms that are suitable for business meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and courses. A conference room for up to 16 people, two small lecture halls with 66 seats and one large lecture hall with 118 seats are available. The lecture halls are equipped with a projector and a projection screen, whiteboards, a sound system and a multimedia device. In the halls and common areas, free Wi-Fi is available. The location is handy for both national and international events: at the border between Slovenia and Italy, right next to a junction on the Ljubljana–Venice motorway and close to the centers of the two neighboring towns: Nova Gorica in Slovenia and Gorizia in Italy. There are four international airports nearby Venice, Treviso, Ljubljana and Trieste; the latter is less than 30 kilometers away. In front of the building, there is a spacious free parking lot.
Price list for renting business premises
Price for renting office space: 8,00 EUR / m2 (for companies in the GoStartup incubator the price is 25% lower, i.e. 6,00 EUR / m2)
Price for renting warehouse space: 4,00 EUR / m2
Operating costs are not included in the rental price and are charged separately.
The prices do not include VAT.
Price for renting a workspace in a coworking space: EUR 80.00 incl. VAT (for companies in the GoStartup incubator the price is EUR 50.00 incl. VAT)
