Project description:
The overall objective of the project is to create an ecosystem of cross-border cooperation in which social and technological innovations for the society of the future will arise. Cross-border cooperation between Italian and Slovenian innovation platforms, educational institutions, and small and medium-sized enterprises will enable the flow of visionary ideas into technological, commercial and social innovation. The DIVA project will establish cross-border connections between existing and newly established transdisciplinary innovation platforms in which co-creation of the economy, art thinking, design thinking and various social initiatives will take place (participatory design).
In the first phase of the project, various examples of collaborations between the creative and art world and the traditional economy will be collected and analysed. In the second phase, regional innovation hubs linked to SMEs will be established. The third phase of the project will see the realisation of 20 concrete cross-border pilot projects, with which the cooperation between individual actors will be tested.
