MOBILE APP DEVELOPER

What role will you play in Glossiq?

We’ve developed a virtual assistant that addresses the most common beauty industry challenges. As a member of the development team, the Mobile App Developer’s day to day responsibilities look like:

  • Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, consumer-facing app.
  • Work seamlessly with development team to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility.
  • Translating business, product, UX and UI requirements into performant code implementations for both iOS and Android;
  • Identifying, prioritizing, developing, and launching new product features.
  • Current with the newest mobile technologies; research new technologies and make recommendations on how to leverage them to improve the app.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a mobile  developer.
  • B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience in developing mobile applications for Android and iOS.
  • Experience developing performant, customer facing user interfaces.
  • Knowledge of software testing best practices.
  • Familiar with Flutter and Native.
  • Fluent in English language.

FRONT-END DEVELOPER

What role will you play in Glossiq?

We’ve developed a virtual assistant that addresses the most common beauty industry challenges. As a member of the development team, the Front-End Developer’s day to day responsibilities will look like:

  • Develop user-facing features, functional and appealing web and mobile-based applications based on usability.
  • Deliver front-end code that is performant, maintainable, clear and concise.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Design, develop, and test UI for mobile and web application.
  • Ensure and maintain a high level of quality for UI components.
  • Create quality mockups and prototypes.
  • Work closely with our product and design teams to build new and innovative application experiences for our users.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to build highly scalable application.
  • Accurately translate user and business needs into functional front-end code.
  • Current with the latest technology and tools; research new technologies and make recommendations on how to leverage them to improve the app.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a front-end developer.
  • Experience building scalable, simple, and fast front-end interfaces using React.
  • Knowledge of CSS and Javascript languages and web development principles.
  • Experience using Webpack.
  • Familiarity with browser/unit testing, debugging and end-to-end UI testing.
  • Experience with writing unit tests and versioning of program code.
  • Fluent in English language.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of versioning system GIT.
  • Experience with RestApi.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • A sense of user experience.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

PRODUCT MANAGER

What role will you play in Glossiq?

We’ve developed a virtual assistant that addresses the most common beauty industry challenges. As a member of the product development team, the Product Manager’s day to day responsibilities will look like:

  • Define product vision, strategy and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Understand and represent user needs.
  • Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses.
  • Prioritize product features and capabilities.
  • Identify and track critical performance metrics and timelines throughout the life of the project.
  • Work closely with development, design, sales, marketing and support teams, define and execute the best go-to-market strategy that maximizes business growth.
  • Be the main point of contact with key integration partners: understand their needs and pain points and address them with future product development directions
  • Ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy, goals and needs.

Requirements:

  • 1 years of product management experience in software development companies.
  • Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Excellent reasoning and problem solving skills, understanding when and how to leverage analytics.
  • Attention to detail and strive for operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to communicate with management and senior management as well as with employees and colleagues.
  • Fluent English.
