1. Subject of the invitation to submit offers:
Primorska Technology Park, within the framework of the ECoC Network project, invites offers for:
Graphic design of the content brochure of the ECoC Network project in 3 language versions, based on the prepared text.
2. Description of the assignment:
The brochure will present the results of the ECoC Network project activities, which include the exchange of knowledge and good practices among partners from eight countries, as well as the development of recommendations for involving youth and businesses in European Capitals of Culture.
- Format: A4, portrait
- Extent: approximately up to 40 pages per language version
- Color print: 4-color (CMYK)
- Design of three language versions: in Slovenian, Italian, and English
Additional requirements:
- Modern, clear, and professional design style
- Harmonized layout for all three language versions
- Aligned with the visual identity (CGP) requirements of the ECoC Network project
- Preparation of print-ready files (PDF)
The offer must include:
- Price for the complete design of the brochure in three languages (including print-ready preparation)
- References for similar design projects
- Tax number and basic information of the provider
The financial documents (offers, invoices) must state:

4. Selection criteria:

- Quality and references of the provider (30%)
- Feasibility within the required deadline (10%)
